Classes and Private Sessions
I offer therapeutic yoga classes and private sessions in both small-group and community settings, with an emphasis on accessibility, personal attention, and individual support. In smaller classes and private groups, students receive personalized guidance along with customized options and modifications to accommodate different abilities, health conditions, and experience levels.
My intention is to create a safe, welcoming environment that encourages a sustainable and enjoyable yoga practice while supporting overall well-being in both body and mind. Drop-ins are welcome whenever space is available.
In addition to private offerings, I also teach larger community-based classes through organizations and programs supported by the City and County of San Francisco, helping make yoga accessible to a wider community.
Every Tuesday | 9-10 am (U.S. Pacific)
Join a gentle, therapeutic 60-minute Zoom yoga class designed for older adults and anyone recovering from injury, surgery, or medical treatment. Led by a yoga therapist, each session thoughtfully integrates therapeutic yoga practices to support joint health, mobility, balance, strength, nervous system regulation, and overall well-being.
Classes include chair-based movement, standing poses using a chair for support, mindful breathing exercises, and guided relaxation in a welcoming, accessible environment suitable for all experience levels. The class is intentionally kept small to allow for personalized attention and individual support.
Cost: $10-20/class suggested, sliding scale

Gentle Yoga (Online)
Every 2nd and 4th Friday, 8:30-9:30 am (U.S. Pacific) Coming Summer 2026
This Chair Yoga class offers a fully seated yoga experience designed for those who prefer — or benefit from — practicing entirely in a chair. Unlike our Gentle Yoga class, there is no standing component, making it especially supportive for individuals with limited mobility, balance concerns, fatigue, chronic conditions, or anyone seeking an easeful, low-impact practice.
This small-group class integrates therapeutic yoga practices, gentle stretching, breathwork, and relaxation techniques to support joint mobility, circulation, flexibility, strength, mental clarity, and nervous system balance. The gentle pace and fully supported format create a safe, welcoming environment where students can move comfortably and confidently.
Cost: $10-20/class suggested, sliding scale

Private & Semi-Private Sessions
Personalized yoga and yoga therapy sessions are available one-on-one or in small groups, both online and in person. These sessions are tailored to your needs, goals, and abilities, offering a supportive and therapeutic approach to movement, recovery, stress management, and overall well-being.
Private sessions may be especially beneficial for those recovering from injury or surgery, managing chronic health conditions, navigating life transitions, or seeking a more individualized yoga practice. Semi-private sessions are ideal for friends, couples, caregivers and loved ones, or small groups who would like to practice together while still receiving personalized guidance and attention.
Each session may incorporate therapeutic movement, breathwork, relaxation practices, mindfulness, and lifestyle support based on your unique circumstances and goals.
